KMG Import (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to process wholesale applications, communicate with customers, and fulfill orders. We do not sell or share personal data with unrelated third parties.

Information we collect may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, business address, tobacco retail license/tax ID, website, and order history. All contact form submissions, wholesale applications, and newsletter signups are stored in our private database.

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected].

Terms of Service

KMG Import is a wholesale distributor that sells exclusively to licensed tobacco/vape retailers. By accessing this site you confirm you are 21 years of age or older and represent a licensed business. We reserve the right to refuse service to any party.

All products are subject to availability. Prices shown on this site are wholesale list prices; final pricing and tiered discounts are confirmed in your personalized quote. Payment terms, order minimums, and return policies are specified in your partner agreement.

Clearance and short-dated inventory is final sale. Defective product must be reported within 30 days with photo/video documentation and a valid RMA.

Shipping Policy

KMG Import ships exclusively within the continental United States. We comply fully with the federal PACT Act and all state-level tobacco/vape regulations. We do not ship to states with flavor bans or online sales restrictions, including but not limited to Massachusetts, New York, Utah, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Restricted states are subject to change.

Orders ship within 24–48 business hours via UPS/FedEx ground with adult-signature delivery (21+ID required). Expedited options are available at checkout. Transit time is typically 3–5 business days. Shipping is quoted separately and added to your final invoice.

Lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier and file claims on your behalf.
